Clickbank Apex Program
最近，从网家Adwords版看到，Clickbank有一个Apex Program，为最顶级（前万分之一）的Affiliate和Publisher提供特殊服务，这些服务包括：
- 专属客户经理。提供直线电话客服，解决各种问题。
- 负责主管(Execute Sponsor)。一位Clickbank的高级主管（一般是VP）来协调各种事务。
- 可以直接给Clickbank提开发方面的建议。
- 测试最新版本的Clickbank服务。
- 在Clickbank官方博客的留言中，名字特殊显示为expert或though leader。
另外，Clickbank还会给所有的Apex会员提供一份小礼物，:)
据可靠消息，大陆有大概13名Affiliates，4名Publishers 成为Apex Programe member。

· Your own Publisher Manager within our Customer Service Department. The role of the Publisher Manager is to understand your business, act as your point of contact within ClickBank, and to follow any issues that you may report to their final resolution.
When you or anyone in your organization calls in to Customer Service, you will be able to dial your Publisher Manager’s extension directly, instead of speaking with a different customer service rep each time you call. You may also email your Publisher Manager with any issues you may have, for a prompt and efficient response.
Your Publisher Manager is:

· An Executive Sponsor for your account. The role of the Executive Sponsor is to work across the various departments within ClickBank, remove obstacles and leverage our resources to deliver superior service to you in the most commercially reasonable way possible. You have access to your Executive Sponsor at any time via phone or email to escalate any issue you might have with ClickBank.

· Voice in determining our development projects and priorities. If you have an idea for a new feature or enhancement to the ClickBank system that would help you grow your business, we want to know about it! Send the information to your Publisher Manager or call and discuss it with her and she will see to it that the idea gets in front of our Executive Team. In addition, your Account Manager will contact you periodically to solicit your opinion on new features and enhancements.
· Beta test new features. As a ClickBank Apex Publisher, you may have the opportunity to beta test new features and provide feedback on your preferences before those features are released to the wider ClickBank client base. When identifying candidates for a beta test, we will generally approach those publishers who originally requested the feature or enhancement.
· Guest spots on the ClickBank newsletter and blog. Establish yourself as an “expert” or a “thought leader” in your niche by writing Expert Articles for the ClickBank newsletter or blog. Please contact your Publisher Manager for more information if you are interested in taking advantage of this benefit.
· ClickBank Apex 2009 gift. It’s our way of saying, “We appreciate your business!” Watch your mailbox towards the end of January for your engraved ClickBank Apex 2009 recognition gift! Please be sure that the address listed in your account(s) is correct, as that is where your gift will be sent. If you need your gift sent to an alternative address, please contact your publisher manager
